1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging with Xecron Technologies, accessing our website, or utilizing the ROK customizable business tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. ROK Tool Licensing & Customization

ROK is a proprietary business operating tool developed by Xecron Technologies. We grant our clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and operate their customized instance of ROK in accordance with their agreed Statement of Work (SOW) or custom engagement proposal.

• Clients maintain 100% full ownership over their proprietary business data, customer records, schemas, and workflows.
• Xecron Technologies retains all intellectual property rights to the underlying ROK core engine, framework, and proprietary architecture.

3. Scope of Services & Engagements

Custom software engineering, workflow automation, and ROK implementation scopes are defined in individual proposals provided by our sales and solutions desk. Work commences upon mutual agreement of the project specifications and engagement milestones.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Xecron Technologies, you agree to:

• Provide timely business requirements and specifications necessary for custom implementation.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of administrative access credentials for your ROK instance.
• Refrain from reverse engineering, decompiling, or unlawfully distributing the core software engine.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Support

For deployed production environments, Xecron Technologies provides high-availability hosting with an uptime target of up to 99.999%, supported by our 24/5 dedicated solutions engineering desk and rapid incident response protocols.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xecron Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the services or ROK tool beyond the total fees paid under your active agreement during the preceding 12-month period.
