• Technical Telemetry: Anonymized error logs, operational health metrics, and latency diagnostics required to maintain our 99.999% SLA uptime.

3. Zero Third-Party Ad Trackers

We strictly prohibit third-party behavioral ad trackers, cross-site cookies, or data brokers on our platforms. Any analytics we employ are strictly first-party and privacy-centric to monitor service health and performance.

Clients using ROK can choose between Xecron Managed Cloud, dedicated private cloud tenants (AWS/Azure/GCP), or completely sovereign on-premise deployments. All data at rest is protected with industry-standard AES-256 encryption, and all data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with automated mTLS capabilities.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your operational data only for as long as your service engagement is active. Upon service termination or upon written request, your organizational data, backup archives, and configurations will be permanently expunged from our systems in accordance with standard compliance guidelines.
